ProCo have introduced my company into new ways of looking at printing and storing our marketing collateral. As a global legal services organisation it is imperative that we are aware of our stock levels at all times and ProCo have introduced a storage and online ordering system that allows my colleagues from all over the world to access our marketing material and order them online. It will revolutionise the way our stock is handled.
The printing of material, both digital and litho, is of a very high quality and ProCo always accommodate our requests for more slightly unusual items. They have also helped us become ‘greener’ by sourcing more environmentally friendly paper for all our printed material.
ProCo have also recently taken over the process of direct mail for us, truly making them a ‘one stop shop’! I feel that our companies are able to work as a partnership together and I have great confidence that this collaboration will continue for years to come!

DLA Piper are a global legal services organisation operating in over 40 countries across Europe, with a further 30 offices in the U.S. With products ranging from large print runs of language specific marketing brochures, through to one off digitally printed invites for a local event, DLA Piper requires a full service offering to ensure brand consistency, cost effective print, and a proactive and complete service offering. Special colour pallets are required across all mediums of print to ensure corporate image is maintained.
Controlling print and brand over 60 foreign offices needs a disciplined and channelled approach. To ensure this, an online ordering system has been implemented that can be accessed by DLA Piper throughout the world, allowing all users to order a full suite of bespoke materials, with their choice of localised information and language variation on – We print What’s needed, when it’s needed with shelf to shelf delivery which not only helps DLA Piper control there marketing but greatly reduces their carbon footprint! A real essential factor in business today.
