What’s it like working with ProCo?
Our experience is that the ProCo team listens to our needs, considers all the options and then provide cost-effective solutions for a number of areas of print requirements. They’re a great team to work with as well!
Do they Help?
ProCo offered an immediate digital solution. UNICEF UK first contacted ProCo to help find a solution to a problem they had with providing gift cards to supporters who had purchased UNICEF Inspired Gifts. When people buy an Inspired Gift from the UNICEF website, they require a "one-off" personalised gift card – and they need to receive it quickly, either to mark a special occasion or as a Christmas gift.
If So, How?
They offer a quality product, great client and customer service and have high capacity to meet the demands of a markedly seasonal business. More importantly, they work in a very pro-active and progressive way to review their product and service in order to add value to our business.
Bye for now,
Nigel
Case study
UNICEF UK is one of 36 UNICEF National Committees based in industrialised countries. UNICEF National Committees raise funds for UNICEF’s worldwide emergency and development work. In 2006 UNICEF UK raised £43.3 million for UNICEF’s work with children worldwide.
UNICEF UK also advocates for lasting change for children and believes that every child should have clean water, food, health care, education, and a safe environment in which to grow up.
As part of UNICEF’s ongoing fund raising activities ProCo work in conjunction with UNICEF to provide and print their range of Inspired Gift Cards. ProCo print and send out over 30,000 Gift Cards per year with the gift details and a personalised message direct to the consumer giving friends and families a simple and practical way to help the world's most vulnerable children to survive and thrive providing Goats to Pencils to Medical kits.
For the first time this year ProCo has also printed UNICEF’s range of Christmas Cards with bespoke details for both corporate clients and also consumers, printing some 500,000 cards for over 1,500 clients.
The inspired gift range is now evolving again and is to be launched as a retail gift package in 2008 in Selfridges, London.
