In addition to managing all of our print requirements, our network of 180 restaurants have a direct line to ProCo for all of their marketing materials - from menus and colouring pencils through to large outdoor Correx signage boards and banners. Our restaurants are able to order daily via an on-line system and ProCo control all of the pick, pack and despatch without us as a Marketing Department having to be as deeply involved. With ProCo, we have a partner who we can absolutely rely on to manage not only the marketing material order process within our business, but to help us find cost and efficiency savings throughout the entire print and distribution process. They are a pleasure to work with.
Case study
The first Little Chef opened in Reading in 1958, the same year Britain got its very first motorway. From 11 seats, they have grown to become one of the UK's favourite roadside restaurants. With 180 Little Chef restaurants, they welcome over 20 million customers every year, serving them around:
- 10 million cups of tea
- 12 million rashers of bacon
- 10 million eggs
- 13 million sausages
Their aim is very simple: to be the motorist's friend, serving up quality food and offering great value for money. They are however, anything but little! To celebrate their 50th Birthday, Little Chef are having somewhat of a face lift with a sparkly new smile from the ever youthful "Charlie" and a new improved portfolio of marketing collateral. ProCo were invited to work with Little Chef following a lengthy tender process and now handle all of the Little Chef marketing and POS print production, Warehousing, pick, pack and despatch services. All restaurant managers have a direct line into ProCo account managers who control all of the collateral via an on-line ordering system with next day delivery for all items from Pencils through to Outdoor Correx Panels.
